Close race at the Big Volga - 185 km to go

Mihail Fateev was in the lead when the mushers crossed the finish line for the Middle Volga, but after one day of resting, the Big race is now very close.
There is now a group of mushers, changing consistently to be ahead of the trail. At 10.00 a.m. Wednesday morning Vyacheslav Demchenko is going first. Then Goryunov is following 2 kilometers behind. At third place we find Tyuryumin is going third and Dudkin is 7 kilometers behind the leader.
There is only 5 mushers left in the Big Volga, and some dogs have been taken out of the race. Fateev is down to 7 dogs.
