Bringing the mushing events together - QRILL PAWS

In 2020 the Norwegian biotech company Aker BioMarine teamed up with some of the world’s greatest sled dog events, The Iditarod (Alaska), John Beargrease Sleddog Marathon (Minnesota), Femundløpet (Norway) and Volga Quest (Russia) to create QRILL Pet Arctic World Series (QRILL PAWS.)

The aim is to bring the excitement, joy and extreme performance from the most exotic arctic dog mushing races to a worldwide audience. QRILL PAWS contributes to the distribution of the profiles and the adventurous lifestyle on a common platform, using digital channels and through international TV broadcasting. This way people from around the world can follow the two- and four-legged athletes like never before

Inspire all dog owners!

QRILL PAWS want to inspire and influence regular, everyday dog owners — by shining a light on the practices of elite dog mushers and the exceptional dog care which they provide.

The aim is amongst more, that dog mushers and races featured in QRILL PAWS will inspire dog owners around the world in regards to training, nutrition, general welfare and guidelines for their own dogs.

- amazing arctic settings and the challenges this extreme environment presents,
- the exotic places with ancient histories and rich cultural tapestries — all combined with the adventures of completing the races.
